Fulfillment Overview

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days following payment confirmation. A valid tracking code is issued for every shipment. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has been successfully submitted.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We provide multiple domestic delivery tiers to suit your needs:

• USPS First Class: Free on orders totaling $70 or more; otherwise a flat fee of $5.95 (estimated delivery in 10-20 business days).

• USPS Priority: Available at a flat rate of $10.95 (estimated delivery in 10-20 business days).

• USPS Express: Available at $34.95 (estimated delivery in 10-20 business days; orders must be placed by 12 PM CST).

• UPS Ground / Freight: Weight-calculated rates provided directly at checkout through UPS.

International Delivery

Depending on item availability, products are dispatched either from our domestic distribution hubs or directly from our specialized production facilities.

• Carriers & Rates: We partner with major global networks including USPS International, UPS (Standard, Expedited, Saver), and DHL Worldwide. Rates are dynamically calculated based on package weight and destination.

• Customs & Duties: All applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
